Terms of Use

  1. Terms
    By completing a transaction with Crown Bound Pageant Consulting and accessing Crown Bound Pageant Consulting websites [Crownboundpageantconsulting.com, Onlinepageantcoaching.com, and Pageantcoachingvideos.com], you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and accept responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our sites and services. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

  2. Use License
    Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;

  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s website;

  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

 

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by the Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or any linked sites.

  2. Limitations
    In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

    The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors.     Crown Bound Pageant Consulting may revise its Terms of Use and Policies at any time without notice. By using this website and Crown Bound Pageant Consulting’s services, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Use.

  6. Governing Law
    Any claim relating to Crown Bound Pageant Consulting shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

Payment and Refund Policies

  1. Refunds & Payments
    There is a NO REFUND policy for all products and services provided by Crown Bound Pageant Consulting, including digital products, in-person individual and group sessions.

 

To begin private coaching services, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 7 business days before your first session date. If the remaining balance is not paid within 3 days of your first scheduled session, your session will be automatically canceled, and the payment deadline will shift to 7 business days before your next session.

 

Payments are transferable for up to 6 months. No refunds are offered.

 

In-Person Session Policies

  1. Health & Safety

  • If you are feeling unwell or experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, you must reschedule your session.

  • If you have been exposed to illness and still plan to attend your session, you are required to wear a mask for the duration of the appointment.Youth clients who are coughing, regardless of the reason, must wear a mask during their session.

 

   2. One Parent Rule

  • Only one parent or guardian is permitted to accompany youth clients during sessions to maintain focus and minimize distractions.

 

   3. Reschedules

  • If you need to reschedule your session, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Reschedules without 48 hours notice will result in a forfeiture of the session. If you would like to rebook your forfeited session, you may do so for a $35 rebooking fee. 

 

  4. No-Shows

  • Failing to show up to a session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the entire package.
